About CBPI
Compensation & Benefits Professionals of Indiana ("CBPI") is a not-for profit (NFP) organization founded in 1996 to provide a continuing forum for the exchange of new ideas, techniques and information related to the fields of compensation and benefits. CBPI actively fosters development and improvement of compensation and benefits policies, procedures and practices, and encourages continued professional and leadership advancement of its membership through networking and educational programs.
Stand apart from the crowd
Let's face it - compensation and benefits practitioners are unique Human Resources professionals. Today, we face a myriad of change in legislative and compliance matters while our employers look to us to create strategic programs that attract, engage, and retain employees. Participation in CBPI is about your success, staying tuned-in to hot topics and relevant events; relating to your community experts and promoting and mentoring those who are new to the field.
Partnerships
We are excited to report that in 2012, CBPI continues a strong partnership with IndySHRM and special offers from WorldatWork - including certification and recertification coursework.
Exciting changes in 2012
All of CBPI fees are reduced in 2012! Colleagues who are in a job transition will enjoy a reduced fee, and student membership is now free. Look for the Compensation & Benefits Professionals of Indiana Group on LinkedIn to connect with fellow professionals. In addition, relevant professional opportunities will be posted on the CBPI job board at no charge (at the discretion of the Board).   Event fees, if any, are payable with registration and nonrefundable if cancellation notice is not received at least 72-hours before the event.
The Board of CBPI is comprised of Human Resources professionals who are committed to assisting members and enhancing the HR community. We invite you to join CPBI for another exciting year!
